.He
is The Judge of man and our only Savior. Your problems are His problems.
The Blood of Christ and The Blood of Christ alone will wash away your sins.
He is the Lamb of God, who gave His life and was resurrected as the Holy
Sacrifice, allowing anyone who believes in Him and follows His Word the
opportunity to enter Heaven and claim your Glorified Body.

Start Each Day With Prayer
.
Tell God how much you love Him. Remember, He is
The Almighty. Tell Him so and express your dreams
of the day you will spend eternity with Him. Ask
God for forgiveness of your sins and a fresh start.
Ask that you be given the strength to resist temptation
to sin. Ask God to heal your ailments and those of
friends, family and anyone else to whom you wish God to
give special attention.
.
Thank God for all the wonderful things He has done for
you, the gifts He has given and the Love He shares with
us all. Ask God to descend His Holy Spirit into
your friends, family and yourself to give you strength,
courage and spiritual healing. Ask for protection
from the evil ones and the authority to expel them from
yourself, your loved ones and others who need God's
Love.
.
Anything else to which you want God to pay attention,
you can ask. This is a good time to talk to The
Father about your day ahead and ask Him to give you
direction. After all the praise and requests
remember to thank God and ask Him to honor your requests
in the name of Our Lord, Jesus Christ, Amen.
Pray
to God throughout the day. When you find your self
in a sinful situation, ask for forgiveness right then
and ask for strength to resist temptation. You
might become angry with someone during the day.
Though you may feel justified, it is not right.
Pray for forgiveness of your anger and most important,
pray for the person with whom you became angry.
You don't know what is in another's heart and their day
may have been a nightmare compared to yours. Pray
that God would bless them and soften their heart.
Maybe this could be just the chip to get into their
start with The Lord. Remember, our job as Saints
is to make more Saints.
.
You should end your day with prayer. At this time,
you can talk to The Father about the encounters you’ve
had during that day. I always pray before falling
to sleep at night.
.
The more you pray, the more you will find yourself
praying. This may sound redundant, but prayer will
become a habit, a good habit, and you will start praying
through the day for any reason or situation you cross.
.
As written in
(Philippians 4:6) “Do not be anxious about anything, but
in everything, by prayer and petition, with
thanksgiving, present your requests to God.”
.
.
.2. READ
THE BIBLE, READ THE BIBLE, READ THE BIBLE
.
This can be the single most important process in your
convictions and growing in The Lord. I can’t say
God will exclude you from glorification
if you don’t read The Bible, but this simple act can
have valuable rewards.
Most of all, Jesus is the incarnation of The Word.
When you study The Bible, you are building your
foundation with Christ. How will you know Him
when He speaks to you if you don't know His voice?
Jesus said
in: (John 10:1-5)
1
"Truly, truly, I say to you, he who does not enter
by the door into the fold of the sheep , but climbs
up some other way, he is a thief and a robber.
2 "But he who enters by the door is a
shepherd of the sheep . 3
"To him the doorkeeper opens, and the sheep hear his
voice, and he calls his own sheep by name and leads
them out. 4 "When he
puts forth all his own, he goes ahead of them, and
the sheep follow him because they know his voice.
5 "A stranger they simply will not follow,
but will flee from him, because they do not know the
voice of strangers."
Diligent Prayer and avid reading of The Word builds
your roots in The Holy Trinity (Father, Son and The
Holy Ghost).
It
is an excellent book, it contains wonderful values for
you, your family and friends to learn, its historical
accounts of Biblical history and especially the works of
Our Lord Jesus Christ are invaluable. Christ is
the incarnation of the Holy Word. It is the
template for our life and understanding it will help us
grow in our quest for glorification.
.
The version of The Bible you choose to read is up to
you. There are many available and God, through
prayer, will guide you in your quest for knowledge.
.
Written in
(2 Timothy 2:15) “Do your best to present yourself to
God as one approved, a workman who does not need to be
ashamed and who correctly handles the word of truth.”
.
Pray to God before you start and ask Him to show you
what The Word is for you. Ask Him to help you
understand its meanings and when you find a spot that
confuses you, ask Him for the explanations. I
suggest you start with the New Testament and then read
the Old Testament. Make sure you have a thorough
knowledge of the New Testament before proceeding.
The Gospel of John is especially enlightening and will
give you the basis for Christianity.
.
.
3.
Find A Church And Attend It Regularly
.
A good Church Family will help you grow in Christ.
The Pastors, Deacons and other Church Officials will
help you find answers to your questions on Christianity
and life.
.
Don’t feel obligated to go to a Church because someone
else told you to go there. Try a Church, even a
local Ministry and see how it feels. If you do not
feel comfortable with The Church, pray to God for
guidance.
.
Find a Church that you feel
comfortable and “at home” in. Remember, all the
words a Preacher or other Evangelist speaks will
never replace Reading The Bible.
The Church is based on the fact that Jesus is The
Christ.
.
Don't forget that we all have our own cross to bear, we
all have a thorn in our side and we all have our own log
in our eye. Don't judge others for their sins.
.
(Matthew 7:1 - 5) says:
1 "Do not judge so that you
will not be judged. 2
For in the way you judge, you will be judged; and by
your standard of measure, it will be measured to you.
3 Why do you look at the
speck that is in your brother's eye, but do not notice
the log that is in your own eye?
4 Or how can you say to your brother, 'Let me
take the speck out of your eye,' and behold, the log is
in your own eye? 5
You hypocrite, first take the log out of your own eye,
and then you will see clearly to take the speck out of
your brother's eye."
.
Lead by love and giving good example for the way
Christians should be. No one wants to be told they
are going to Hades. You can beat a horse to make
him run faster, but if you give him the reins and coax
him along, he is happy to run.
Only The
Lord God is righteous. We are saved by Grace
alone. You can not be saved by works alone.
You must accept The Lord Christ as your Savior to come
to The Father. But, if all you are doing is
polishing a pew in Church, you are not listening to The
Holy Spirit. Be an Active Christian. Take
charge of your Christianity by finding what you can do
to help your Church, community and your fellow man.
Pray that God would reveal to you what you can do as a
Christian.
.
(Ephesians 2:8 - 10)
8 For by grace you have
been saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, it
is the gift of God; 9
not as a result of works, so that no one may boast.
10 For we are His
workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works,
which God prepared beforehand so that we would walk in
them.
(Matthew
16:15 - 19)
“15
But what about you?”
Jesus asked.
“Who do you say I am?”
(Speaking to His Disciples).
16
Simon Peter answered, “You are The Christ, The
Son of The Living God.”
17
Jesus replied,
“Blessed are you, Simon son of Jonah, for this was not
revealed to you by man, but by My Father in Heaven.
18
And I tell you that you are Peter, and on this rock I
will build My Church, and the gates of Hades will not
overcome it.
19
I will give you the keys of The Kingdom Of Heaven;
whatever you bind on Earth will be bound in Heaven, and
whatever you loose on Earth will be loosed in Heaven.”
.
In The Bible lies the truth. No part of it should
be eliminated or taken out of context. The Bible
does not contradict itself nor does it lead you on false
paths.
.
.
4.
Last, But Not Least, GET BAPTIZED
.
Even Jesus Christ was baptized in water. Jesus was baptized in order to
“fulfill all righteousness” (Matthew 3:15).
.
A good biblical explanation of this is found in
(John 3:1 - 5) “1
Now there was a man of the Pharisees, named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews.
2 This man came to
Jesus by night and said to him, “Rabbi, we know that you are a teacher come from
God; for no one can do these signs that you do, unless God is with him.”
33
Jesus answered him, “I tell
you the truth, unless one is born anew, he cannot see the kingdom of God.”
4 Nicodemus asked Him,
“How can a man be born when he is old? Can he enter a second time into his
mother's womb and be born?” 5
Jesus answered, “I tell you
the truth, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the
kingdom of God.””
.
When you are baptized you are baptized into Jesus Christ. You become a
part of The Flesh of Jesus Christ. The Holy Spirit resides in us all.
.
The Church is the cumulative body of all Christians everywhere and contains the
Holy Spirit and therefore, Christ Jesus. With this you become dead to sin.
If you do not accept Christ as your Savior, you will die two deaths. First
the death of your mortal body, then the death of your soul as your eternity will
be consumed with the fires of hell.
.
With Jesus, you become dead to sin and your soul will live in Him through all
eternity.
.
As written by the apostle Paul in
(Romans 6:3 - 4) “3
Don’t you know that all of us who were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized
into His death? 4
We were therefore buried with Him through baptism into death in order that, just
as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of The Father, we too may
live a new life.”
.
This is the essence of being born again. Of course, this does mean you
will have to refrain from sin. You are born again into a new life with The
Lord Jesus Christ. You are an ambassador of The Lord and should present
yourself as such.
