Testimonies Of The Saints
We all have a Testimony, a starting point in our rebirth into The Lord Christ Jesus. Some Testimonies are very powerful and can go far to boost your faith and strengthen your convictions in God. Telling your Testimony not only allows you to confess your love for Our Lord, but it can help others needing to make that step to Salvation. The Bible is a book of Testimonies, given to us so that we might know and understand God better.
Matthew 13:3-9
3 And He spoke many things to them in parables, saying, "Behold, the sower went out to sow; 4 and as he sowed, some seeds fell beside the road, and the birds came and ate them up. 5 "Others fell on the rocky places, where they did not have much soil ; and immediately they sprang up, because they had no depth of soil . 6 "But when the sun had risen, they were scorched; and because they had no root, they withered away. 7 "Others fell among the thorns, and the thorns came up and choked them out. 8 "And others fell on the good soil and yielded a crop, some a hundredfold, some sixty, and some thirty. 9 " He who has ears, let him hear."
We are the soil into which the “Seeds of the Word” are sown. Reading the Bible waters and feeds the soil so that the seeds will grow. Prayer cultivates the soil so that the vine flourishes and the fruit ripens and spreads the “Seed of the Word” and allows it to multiply. If the “Seed of the Word” has been planted into you, you have been touched by God. That touch is not one which would have gone unnoticed. This is your Testimony and is worthy to be told to others. This act Glorifies God and helps others to understand the Majesty of Our Lord.
