The Continued Testimony Of Pastor Buddy Halford
FINGERPRINTS OF GOD
After the Lord Jesus Christ came into my life and opened my eyes, our Lord began to show me things. Not only was I starving for the Word of God, but I was hungry for the Mysteries of God. Soon many scriptures were revealed about the war between good and evil, about powers set in high places and how man was caught in the crossfire.
MAKE NO MISTAKE! You must make a choice! Wide is the road to death and ruin, but narrow is the gate to life! But, we’re in luck!! The key is given to us in the name of Christ Jesus; call on His name, open the gate, and come home!
Approximately one year after receiving Jesus as my Lord, King, and Savior, I was alone in my living room and fell into a deep sleep. Startled by what sounded like the roar of a waterfall, I opened my eyes. Everything around me had a red glow which seemed to come from my front door. I rushed to see what it was and when I opened the door, I saw a giant Pillar of Fire.
The Pillar of Fire stretched up into the sky as far as I could see and when I looked down, there was no ground and the fire stretched downward as far as I could see. Suddenly, locusts with a wingspan of almost 2 feet flew at me. So I slammed the door shut, but I could hear the locusts hitting the door. All of the sudden, the locusts began to pull the door from its hinges. When all this was taking place, I heard a voice speaking to me in my right ear (I’ve been deaf in my right ear all my life) saying, “Hold the door so the locusts won’t get in!”
So I grabbed the corners of the door, but it was no use. The top hinge was ripped out and the door was pulled from my grasp. All of the sudden, the locusts came charging in full force and I could feel their wings brush up against me as I shielded my eyes. I looked around and saw the locusts light on the wall, but suddenly, they turned into green leaves and floated down to the floor. I turned back around and saw the Pillar of Fire had moved off into the distance.
As I watched the pillar I could hear thousands of voices singing, ““It’s not My Might nor My Power, but by My Spirit”, says the Lord!!”
Suddenly, I opened my eyes and everything had gone back to normal. I gave thanks and glory to God and the word came to me “The curse is no more”.

I soon found myself involved in a church. Churches love for people to get involved as there is a great need for those who involve themselves with God’s work and the needs of the church. Unfortunately, most just go to church to be there.
When you become involved with God’s work, you battle evil at its root. You enter a war with the minions of darkness and Satan is their leader. Read, with all diligence, Ephesians Chapter 6 and study it over and over to understand The Armor of God and Spiritual Warfare and you will know that evil does not give up its place in our world easily.

We have an advantage. If you are truly washed in the Blood of The Lamb of God, you are given authority over all the unclean spirits. If you know this with all faith, you are untouchable. This doesn’t mean they won’t attack family or friends, but fellowship with others with diligent prayer and fasting and fight this war and you will win. You cast a light into its dark world that burns its existence away and chases it into the very corners of our earthly realms.
After all, this world we live in is the closest the true believers of Christ Jesus will ever come to Hell and the closest the secular world (or I should say, everybody else) will ever come to Heaven. This is a sad statement to say the least and may not go over well with some who will read it, but it's a sober truth that will be a staggering reality at the Great White Throne Judgement.
This type of activity seems to rub Satan the wrong way because I found that I had many enemies. Even in my own house there was much discontent. Sure, you can go to church all you want, but you better not get involved! Not unless you want to get into a fight!
Well, I never was real bright, so the fight began. I won’t go into detail, but it’s easy to understand how someone like King David can be a man after God’s own heart and still would cut your head off at the same time. Anyway, after many battles over the years, I became weary.
One Saturday afternoon, I was alone at my work place. Standing on the back dock, I looked at the clouds rolling by. I was so tired, so alone.
All of the sudden, it seemed as if time had stopped. I looked and saw the clouds had stopped in position. Suddenly, I felt as if two big arms were wrapped around me holding me to God’s Mighty Chest. I began to weep uncontrollably. Suddenly, time started up again and the clouds rolled on by. But, the strength in my heart and will was renewed and I was ready for war.
If you want to be saved, be ready to fight for it! Bless the Lord.
Recently, I was given a vision or a dream. I saw the earth spinning in space. Then I saw a white horse standing beside the earth. The horse was as big as the earth and on it was the image of a man. He shined so bright that I could only make out the silhouette of the man. I could hear the words “I’m coming in soon!”
I’m just an ordinary man and I’ve done nothing special to be worthy of the grace of God. Jesus alone is the Life, the Light, and the Way. He tells me to write these truths so that you will know that He is God and He is coming soon.
You don’t have to be special, just be willing. Even so, come Lord Jesus Christ.
